Day 1. Sunday We depart and travel to Chester, a city known for its vast range of chic boutiques, charming independents, and popular high street favourites. Shopping here offers more than retail therapy - it’s a chance to explore the city’s rich history along cobbled streets, quirky lanes, and the famous medieval two-tiered Rows. These unique galleries create a double-deck street with steps leading to covered walkways and shops housed in buildings shaped by over 800 years of architecture. We stay overnight this evening at the Indigo Hotel Chester, located withing walking distance of shops and restaurants. Hotel on a bed & breakfast basis.
Day 2. Monday Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and some additional free time in Chester, or take advantage of our complimentary transfer to Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet, home to 140 designer and premium brands. Founded by the Romans over 2,000 years ago, Chester still proudly displays its heritage, with the most complete city walls in Britain. The city is rich in history, from the Roman amphitheatre to medieval half-timbered buildings. One of Chester’s most distinctive features is the two-tiered Rows, allowing you to shop in any weather and enjoy a truly unique retail experience. We depart later this afternoon to begin our journey home.
