Day 1. Saturday We depart this morning and enjoy a scenic drive through the breathtaking Cotswolds, a vast area covering almost 800 square miles across five beautiful counties. One of the greatest delights of visiting the Cotswolds is exploring its diverse regions, each with its own unique identity, yet all sharing the classic Cotswold charm - golden stone cottages, rolling hills, and picturesque villages. Take in the stunning countryside views as we travel through this idyllic landscape. Later this afternoon, we continue our journey to Swindon, where we check in at the Leonardo Hotel Swindon. This evening, relax and enjoy a three-course dinner.
Day 2. Sunday Today we visit the magnificent Badminton Estate, the picturesque setting for the RHS Badminton Flower Show. This exciting new RHS event celebrates horticulture in the heart of South Gloucestershire’s beautiful countryside. Explore inspiring show gardens, admire dazzling floral displays, and discover expert exhibits inside the vibrant Floral Marquee. The event offers inspiration for gardeners of all levels, from seasoned experts to curious newcomers. With its lively atmosphere, stunning scenery, and expert advice, the RHS Badminton Flower Show promises a memorable day filled with colour, creativity, and the joy of gardening.
Day 3. Monday We depart this morning and begin our journey home via the stunning Bowood House & Gardens, where we’ll immerse ourselves in the rich history and natural beauty of this magnificent estate. Set within 100 acres of beautifully landscaped ‘Capability’ Brown parkland, Bowood offers the perfect setting for a peaceful stroll through its glorious gardens. Discover hidden gems, serene lakes, and sweeping views, or explore the elegant interiors of the house, filled with fascinating history and architecture. After a memorable visit, we depart this afternoon, returning home with lasting memories of beauty, heritage, and inspiration.
