Day 1. Monday We travel to Ilfracombe.
Day 2. Tuesday Following a hearty breakfast, we set off on an excursion to the charming twin villages of Lynton and Lynmouth, often called “Little Switzerland” for their stunning coastal and valley views. Take time to explore the quaint streets, browse local shops, or enjoy a coffee overlooking the picturesque harbour before we return to the hotel. This evening begins with a cheerful festive drink’s reception, followed by a delicious traditional Christmas dinner with all the trimmings. Relax, and enjoy wonderful night of live entertainment and dance the night away to round off a perfect day of sightseeing, laughter, good company, and seasonal cheer.
Day 3. Wednesday Today, we enjoy a visit to the historic market town of Barnstaple, where you can explore its charming streets, browse independent shops, or simply take in the lively atmosphere and scenic riverside views. Discover the town’s rich heritage, from its medieval roots to its vibrant modern-day culture, and enjoy some time at your leisure to find unique gifts, local treats, or truly memorable souvenirs. This evening is a special celebration, as we welcome New Year’s Eve with a delicious festive dinner, lively entertainment, and a sparkling glass of fizz to toast the year ahead, creating wonderful lasting memories together.
Day 4. Thursday Enjoy a day at leisure to explore more of Ilfracombe at your own pace.
Day 5. Friday We depart after breakfast and travel home.
