Day 1. Monday We travel to the Isle of Wight.

Day 2. Tuesday After a hearty breakfast, we set off on a scenic drive around the Isle of Wight. Measuring just 23 miles by 13 miles, the island may be compact, but it’s overflowing with charm, character, and stunning scenery. Expect a delightful mix of unspoilt countryside, dramatic coastlines, quaint villages, and bustling towns, all steeped in a fascinating history. With its mild climate and timeless appeal, the Isle of Wight is a true gem of the South Coast. This relaxing day out offers the chance to see the island’s highlights at a comfortable pace in the comfort of a Platinum coach. Don’t forget your camera - there are great views around nearly every bend.

Day 3. Wednesday Today, we head to Newport, the principal town of the Isle of Wight, nestled in the very heart of the island and often affectionately referred to as its capital. This historic market town is centred around two elegant squares, lined with attractive Georgian and Victorian architecture, offering a charming glimpse into the island’s rich and colourful past. Wander through its bustling streets, explore local shops and cafés, or simply soak up the character of this timeless town. Just a short stroll away lies Newport Quay, once a thriving centre of trade and now a peaceful riverside spot - perfect for relaxing or enjoying a gentle walk by the water.

Day 4. Thursday Following breakfast, we will enjoy a day at leisure to enjoy the on-site facilities & entertainment.

Day 5. Friday We depart and return home.

The balance on all breaks to Warner Hotels is strictly 8 weeks prior to arrival, with the following cancellation charges applicable.

Once owned by George V’s Lord in Waiting, Bembridge Coast overlooks the Solent and the late Queen Mother came here to watch the yachts racing during Cowes Week.
The hotel has a wonderful beach and is an ideal base for touring the Isle of Wight. Balcony rooms allow guests to enjoy the sunrise over the Solent, followed by a dinner in the Four Tides restaurant. Then there is the option of live music and dancing in the Late Lounge.
During your stay, why not take a long coastal walk, or come and try archery, indoor bowls, or rifle shooting with tuition from one of the lovely Warners team.
