Day 1. Monday We travel to Lowestoft, Suffolk.
Day 2. Tuesday After a hearty breakfast, we set off to explore the breathtaking Suffolk Coast - a 50-mile stretch of unspoiled heritage coastline dotted with charming seaside towns and hidden gems. Our first stop is the much-loved town of Southwold, known for its colourful beach huts, elegant pier, and timeless seaside charm. We then travel on to Aldeburgh, a delightful coastal town, perfect for leisurely walks and exploring quaint shops. Enjoy time to soak up the relaxed atmosphere and admire the beautiful coastal scenery before returning to Corton with wonderful memories of Suffolk's stunning coastline, historic coastal towns, and fresh sea air.
Day 3. Wednesday Today we embark on a visit to Great Yarmouth, a classic seaside resort on the east coast. Enjoy a coastline of wide, sandy beaches and rolling dunes, perfect for a relaxing day by the sea. The traditional attractions of the lively seafront, including The Hippodrome, the UK’s last remaining circus building with its spectacular water show, and Pleasure Beach, home to its iconic wooden rollercoaster, promise plenty of fun. Discover the town’s rich maritime heritage at the fascinating Time & Tide Museum or wander the historic Rows before enjoying free time to explore, shop, or simply soak up the cheerful seaside atmosphere.
Day 4. Thursday Following breakfast, we will enjoy a day at leisure to enjoy the on-site facilities & entertainment.
Day 5. Friday We depart and return home.
