Day 1. Sunday We depart and travel to Liverpool, the city that gave us The Beatles. You will be spoilt for choice when shopping in Liverpool with gleaming new city-centre shopping centres, boutique arcades and bohemian streets. Liverpool ONE, located right by the iconic waterfront is an open-air shopping district that is home to more than 170 stores, bars, and restaurants, including your high street and designer favourites including John Lewis. We stay overnight this evening at the fantastic Leonardo Hotel Liverpool, situated along the Kings Waterfront and within walking distance of all the city’s major historic, creative attractions and shopping centres. Hotel on a bed & breakfast basis.
Day 2. Monday Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and additional free time. The exclusive Metquarter is the place to find select fashion and beauty outlets. Don’t miss the ultra-fashionable Cavern Quarter, and Bold Street home to independent stores selling everything from world foods to funky clothes to records and art, it’s well worth spending time browsing. Away from the shopping explore the world-famous and iconic Royal Albert Dock, home to The Beatles Story or enjoy a cruise on the River Mersey. We depart later this afternoon to make our journey home.
