Set sail from our base in Weymouth and step back in time on an unforgettable adventure through 185 million years of natural history. Cruise through the breathtaking beauty of Poole Harbour and along the awe-inspiring Jurassic Coast - England’s only natural World Heritage Site. Marvel at dramatic cliffs, ancient rock formations, and hidden coves carved by time itself. Then, swap the sea for steam as you board the nostalgic Swanage Railway. Travel through the stunning Dorset countryside, past rolling hills and charming villages, and through lush green valleys aboard a lovingly restored heritage steam or diesel train - a journey from the golden age of rail.

Itinerary

Day 1. Monday We travel to Weymouth.

Day 2. Tuesday Following breakfast, we enjoy an excursion to Poole with an included cruise along the Jurassic Coast.

Day 3. Wednesday Today we enjoy a visit to Swanage with an included journey on the Swanage Railway.

Day 4. Thursday Enjoy a day at leisure or we may offer an optional excursion (charge applicable). Your driver will provide you with further information.

Day 5. Friday We depart and return home.

Excursion days are subject to change and will be confirmed with your final travel documents.

Berkeley Hotel

The Berkeley Hotel is an original Georgian listed building, in the historic town of Weymouth with stunning views of Weymouth Bay.
All bedrooms are en-suite with television and tea/coffee making facilities.
Additional facilities include a lounge, bar with dance floor and restaurant.
Lift to all floors with steps to the entrance of the hotel and some bedrooms.
