This picturesque 13th-century market town is widely considered one of the most beautiful in England. Nestled along a scenic stretch of the River Thames, Henley-on-Thames offers charming shops, cosy pubs, and excellent restaurants. Each July, it hosts the world-famous Henley Royal Regatta, a prestigious rowing event attracting visitors and competitors from around the world. We depart later this afternoon for the journey to Reading and the Hilton Reading. This evening enjoy a three-course evening meal.

Day 2. Saturday Today we enjoy a relaxing 90-minute one-way cruise from Runnymede to Windsor. Departing from the Runnymede Boathouse, the boat travels upstream through Old Windsor Lock, passing by the charming riverside villages of Old Windsor and Datchet. As we cruise through the scenic grounds of Windsor Castle, take in picturesque views before continuing through Romney Lock and arriving in Windsor. On arrival, there will be free time to explore at your leisure. The Royal Borough boasts a rich and fascinating blend of history, culture, heritage, and attractions, offering plenty to see, experience, and enjoy around every corner.

Day 3. Sunday We depart after breakfast and travel to Caversham Bridge, near Reading, to enjoy a 90-minute cruise and travel upstream to Mapledurham Lock. As we follow the Thames, you’ll see abundant wildlife, open countryside, peaceful islands, and stunning views towards the Berkshire Downs. This afternoon, we visit the vibrant Georgian market town of Marlow. Famous for its historic streets, Marlow offers boutique shops, inviting restaurants, and cosy cafés.
