With its walkable streets, compact city centre, and wealth of things to see and do, the Fair City of Dublin makes for an ideal getaway. Framed by mountains, centred on a river, and edged by a beautiful bay, the city's vibrant alleys and winding streets are filled with striking street art, historic buildings, hip cafés, and traditional “old man” pubs, as Dubliners affectionately call them. As you wander, you’ll feel the energy of over 1,000 years of history - where Viking echoes meet buzzing boutiques, cobbled lanes sing with buskers, and tranquil 18th-century parks await discovery. Whether you're intrigued by culture and heritage, keen to shop and explore, or simply looking to savour a pint of Guinness in a cosy pub, Dublin offers a dynamic mix of past and present, charm, warmth, and character, that never fails to captivate.

Itinerary

Day 1. Sunday: An early start this morning as we make our way to the port of Holyhead for our relaxing and scenic crossing to Dublin. Upon arrival in Ireland’s vibrant capital, we travel to Smithfield, on the north side of the River Liffey, where we’ll settle in for a comfortable three-night stay at the Hampton by Hilton Dublin City.

Day 2. Monday: Today is yours to uncover the many layers of Dublin - a captivating city where ancient history blends seamlessly with vibrant modern life. Wander its charming streets, discover hidden gems, or dive into one of its most iconic attractions: the Guinness Storehouse. Housed in the original brewery, this immersive experience takes you through seven fascinating floors, tracing the story of Ireland’s world-famous stout. Along the way, explore interactive exhibits, vintage advertising, and brewing artefacts. The experience culminates at the stunning Gravity Bar, perched high above the city. Here, enjoy a perfectly poured pint while soaking in breathtaking 360-degree views across the Dublin skyline - an unforgettable highlight and a perfect way to toast your time in this spirited, welcoming city.

Day 3. Tuesday: Enjoy a full day at leisure to explore Dublin at your own pace. Whether you’re drawn to art, history, or lively local culture, the city offers something for everyone. Art enthusiasts will love the National Gallery of Ireland, home to an exceptional collection of European and Irish masterpieces. Just a short stroll away, EPIC - The Irish Emigration Museum tells the powerful story of the Irish diaspora and the millions who journeyed across the globe in search of a new life. Step into the historic heart of Trinity College, Dublin’s oldest university, and marvel at its striking architecture and famed Long Room library, home to the treasured Book of Kells. Or, for a family-friendly adventure, head to Dublin Zoo - one of the world’s oldest and most respected zoos, where over 400 animals roam across 70 acres of habitats.

Day 7. Wednesday: We depart early, journeying towards Dublin Port to begin the final leg of our adventure. Enjoy a full, hearty breakfast onboard the ferry as you relax and take in views. As the ferry sails away, we reflect on unforgettable memories made and the magic of Ireland that will stay with us long after we arrive home.
