Day 1. Monday We travel to Scarborough.
Day 2. Tuesday Following breakfast, we include an excursion to Whitby. From the majestic Abbey that looms over the twisting cobbled streets to the windswept beaches and bustling harbour, Whitby is a coastal town like no other. Steeped in history and brimming with character, this atmospheric gem has earned its place as an Enjoy England award winner for ‘Best Day Out’. Wander through its charming alleys, where tales of pirates and literary legends like Bram Stoker’s Dracula echo through the air. And of course, no visit is complete without indulging in Yorkshire’s finest fish and chips, a local treasure you won’t soon forget.
Day 3. Wednesday Uncover the magic of Bridlington, where award-winning beaches meet fascinating attractions, and rich history intertwines with vibrant seaside charm. From its golden sands to its striking heritage sites, this coastal town offers something for everyone. Whether you're exploring the historic harbour, wandering through picturesque streets lined with quirky shops, or soaking in breathtaking views from the cliff-top promenades, Bridlington’s unique character and natural beauty make it the perfect destination for a fun-filled day by the sea. Visitors can enjoy two stunning beaches that straddle either side of the town's historic harbour.
Day 4. Thursday Enjoy a day at leisure in Scarborough.
Day 5. Friday We depart after breakfast and travel home.
