Day 1. Monday We travel to Aberfoyle.
Day 2. Tuesday Today, we embark on a scenic cruise along the Firth of Forth. This 90-minute voyage offers breathtaking views of the iconic Three Bridges, with sweeping panoramas of Edinburgh’s skyline to the south and the rolling hills of the Kingdom of Fife to the north. Later this afternoon, we’ll enjoy a guided tour of the beautifully restored Rosebank Distillery. Your experience begins in the original distillery building, where the captivating story of Rosebank is brought to life. From there, step into the elegant new still house and discover the unique whisky-making process that sets Rosebank apart. The tour concludes in the tasting rooms, where you’ll raise a glass to the distillery’s revival with two exquisite single malts from its sister distilleries, a perfect end to a day of Scottish charm and craftsmanship.
Day 3. Wednesday Enjoy a day travelling through the breathtaking Trossachs as we make our way to Loch Katrine for an included cruise. This 45-minute journey departs from Trossachs Pier, taking you on an awe-inspiring voyage past some of the region's most stunning natural landmarks and tranquil lochside scenery. We then continue to Scotland’s oldest distillery, Glenturret, beautifully nestled on the banks of the River Turret in the charming town of Crieff. On a guided tour, you’ll be introduced to the traditional art of crafting Glenturret Single Malt Whisky, using hand-operated, time-honoured techniques. As you explore its rich heritage, your experience concludes with a dram from its core whisky range - showcasing a distinctive fruity spirit, enriched by the evolving character of maturing oak.
Day 4. Thursday Today, we embark on a scenic cruise across Loch Lomond. This one-hour circular tour of the South Basin offers breathtaking views of majestic Ben Lomond and passes several of the loch’s historic stately homes and castles along the shoreline. After the cruise, enjoy free time at Lomond Shores, home to a variety of shops, and restaurants. We then continue to the renowned Glengoyne Distillery, tucked away in a picturesque glen beside a tranquil waterfall. Often hailed as Scotland’s most beautiful distillery, Glengoyne invites you to explore its unique whisky-making process, known as the ‘Glengoyne Way,’ led by knowledgeable Distillery Ambassadors. Discover how the careful selection of wood shapes the spirit’s character, before concluding your visit with a dram in the tasting room.
Day 5. Friday We depart after breakfast and return home.
