Day 2. Tuesday Enjoy an included cruise on the beautiful and tranquil Loch Katrine. During this 45-minute cruise, you’ll glide past iconic Trossachs landmarks and take in breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, forested slopes, and shimmering waters. After the cruise, we continue our scenic journey to Callander, travelling over the winding Duke’s Pass and through the quaint village of Brig o’ Turk. Known as the gateway to the Highlands, the picturesque streets of Callander are lined with traditional tearooms, welcoming cafés, and local shops - making it the perfect place to relax and soak up the charm and hospitality of rural Scotland. Day 3. Wednesday Following a leisurely breakfast, we travel to Glasgow - a city bursting with history, culture, and mouth-watering food and drink. There are attractions to suit every interest, from museums and galleries to football, science, and vibrant music venues. The city is home to one of Europe’s largest civic art collections, and many of its world-class museums are free to visit. Discover tales of Glasgow’s past, or admire the grand buildings nestled in its city parks and leafy squares. A highlight is the award-winning Riverside Museum, which showcases the city’s vast transport collection and atmospheric street scenes from a bygone era. Day 4. Thursday Today, we embark on a scenic journey along the shores of Loch Lomond as we travel to Inveraray, where we include entrance to the magnificent Inveraray Castle - the ancestral home of the Duke and Duchess of Argyll. Later this afternoon, we return via the tranquil shores of Loch Lomond to enjoy a relaxing cruise. This one-hour circular sailing around the loch’s southern basin offers stunning views of majestic Ben Lomond and passes several of Loch Lomond’s stately homes and historic castles along the shoreline. It’s a peaceful and picturesque way to experience the natural beauty of one of Scotland’s most iconic landscapes. Free Bar included this evening from 7:30pm to 10:30 pm. Terms apply. Day 5. Friday We depart and return home.
