Itinerary

Day 1. Friday We depart and travel to Glasgow. On arrival at the Maldron Hotel, the remainder of the day is free for you to explore at your leisure. Known for its striking architecture, rich cultural scene, world-class museums, and legendary music heritage, Glasgow is an ideal destination for a weekend escape. The city is home to some of the finest galleries and museums in the UK - many of which are free to visit - making culture and creativity central to its identity. Shoppers are truly spoilt for choice in the Style Mile, a vibrant retail district offering everything from designer brands to popular high street favourites.

Day 2. Saturday Today, enjoy a free day to explore Glasgow at your own pace. This dynamic cultural capital offers something for every interest. Art lovers can visit the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum or the Gallery of Modern Art, while history buffs may enjoy the Riverside Museum and the Glasgow Cathedral. For a scenic city perspective, take a stroll through Glasgow Green. Alternatively, take a city sightseeing bus tour for a comprehensive look at Glasgow’s vibrant neighbourhoods and landmarks. In the evening, why not experience its legendary live music scene or enjoy a meal at one of its many restaurants.

Day 3. Sunday Enjoy additional time in Glasgow this morning and make the most of its beautiful River Clyde waterfront – a scenic, vibrant area full of attractions, cafés, public art, and green spaces, including the striking Glasgow Science Centre and the iconic SEC Armadillo. If you’re in the mood for something unique, take a relaxing Clyde River Cruise to experience the city from the water and admire its architectural mix of old and new. Whether you prefer cultural exploration, lively entertainment, or a peaceful stroll along the riverside, Glasgow truly has something for everyone to enjoy. We depart later this afternoon to begin our journey home.
