We are committed to ensuring you are taken care of every step of the way, from the day you book through to the last day of your holiday. Sadly, sometimes customers fall ill or have an accident forcing them to cancel their trip and occasionally some are prevented from travelling home as with the coach or require medical care when abroad. To minimise distress and the effect on your wallet we strongly recommend that all of our customers hold some form of travel insurance when you join on of our tours, albeit not necessarily the option we offer you.
We will not provide you with advice about the suitability of this product for your individual needs, but we will be happy to provide you with factual information.
This holiday insurance policy includes cover if you receive a positive COVID-19 diagnosis within 14-days of your scheduled departure date and have to cancel your trip. Cover also includes non-UK medical treatment and additional accommodation, repatriation and travel expenses if you are diagnosed with COVID-19 during your trip.
Please note, there's no cover for cancellations caused by Govt travel restrictions or Foreign & Commonwealth Development Office (FCDO) advise against all or all but essential travel as a result of COVID-19.
- No need to declare medical conditions when taking out the policy if you're travelling to destinations within the UK
- Cancellation cover up to £1,500 per person
- Medical & repatriation costs cover up to £2,000,000 per person
- Undeclared medical conditions if you're travelling to destinations to the Isle of Man, Channel Islands or Europe.
- Disinclination to travel.
- Private medical care following illness or accident during the trip unless specifically agreed by the Insurer.

Please note this policy DOES NOT cover you for cancellation if the FCDO advise against all or all but essential travel as a result of COVID-19.
